I have caumined the accompanying Ordinance, rutilled

An Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation of a Supple-

five -mentary Sum of Three hundred and fourteen thousand hundred and thirty-three Dollars and thirty-two Cents, to defray the Charges of the Year 1909

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's

Instructions

This Ordinance provides supplementary appropriations for the year 1909 in respect of the items specified.
